Specialized Care Clinic
Foot Care
We established a Foot Care Clinic for patients with a higher risk of diabetic foot
lesion who are currently receiving consultation at the Department of Diabetes,
Endocrinology and Metabolism. There are multiple departments associated with
diabetic foot lesion but our goal of this activity is preventive foot care. We
perform foot care according to the patients’ foot condition and teach our
patients how to cut their nails and remove the dead skin. We also give advices
on a daily care of the feet that fits to each patient. We aim to protect our
patients’ feet as much as we can.
